This site was founded by Golden Rule Tree Service LLC / Golden Rule Tree Service INC and created by ISA Certified Arborist's Larry A. Stringer & Jim R. LaBerge out of the hope that consumers will be better informed when making decisions about their trees. All the information contained in this site was created out of the years of experience by Larry and Jim in the tree care industry. They both operate individual residential and commercial tree care services Larry's home office is in Kansas City, MO and Jim's is in Nashville, TN. Together they own Golden Rule Enterprises which is a tree care business specifically geared toward larger commercial and government contracts. At the heart of their businesses they desire to bring the consumer to a better understanding of trees and the tree care industry. The weknowtrees.com project is a nonprofit organization to provide consumers with accurate and unbiased tree care information.
